I have heard of many different detox diets but the detox diet juice is by far the most intriguing. This diet involves drinking a certain mixture of lemonade as a way of ridding the body of dangerous toxins. It is fact that there can be the accumulation of harmful toxins that slow you down and make you feel like you have the entire world on your shoulders.
The detox diet juice is prepared from lemons; cayenne pepper; water and maple syrup. The amount of water you must put in is exactly 2 litres but any other proportions can be used, like a jug or a glass. With the right concoction you can begin cleansing your body and dieting as well.
This diet therapy must be taken for a good two weeks for the best results; a shorter period will not be able to give you indications of freshness and weight loss. So whilst purifying your body you will also be taking in negative calories that are found in lemons. Such calories are very good at helping you lose weight very quickly as they induce the burning of excess fats in the body.
It does not help though to follow this diet if you are not cutting down on your intake of substances and foods that contain toxins. Such substances can be your normal coffee; alcohol; cigarettes as well as drugs. Believe it or not but the caffeine in coffee is a toxin that can build up if not controlled.
Apart from the lemonade there are other methods and diets that must be incorporated as well for the most effective detoxification of the body. Consider herbal tea as it has the opposite effect of coffee; drink a lot of water; drink salty water or a laxative tea as suggested by other physicians.
With the detox diet it is important that you remain focused and positive. It will be hard at first but as your body gets used to it you will find it to be a lot easier than it seemed in the beginning. On top of this you should also exercise so that toxins are also eliminated through the skins’ sweat pores.
